I booked this as a birthday treat to myself after an incredibly stressful few months at work.From the moment I walked in, the environment was calming with soft music and a welcoming receptionist. My therapist Lily, was wonderful. She did a quick consultation, asking about my stress points (my neck and shoulders are always in knots) and if I had any injuries. During the massage, she checked in on pressure perfectly—it was firm enough to feel effective but never painful. I actually drifted off to sleep at one point! She used a lovely, lightly scented oil that didn't irritate my skin.

First ever massage, I would say it was good and painful at the same time. The employees English is not good so be prepared to use Google translate or just do your best like I did 😊 Everyone is friendly and the price is reasonable, the atmosphere is peaceful but the decor is questionable. My room had a Halloween plush and it's January, the walls were drawn on with crayon or marker by children.

Great deep tissue massage.. recommend this new massage place for sure.. and I love that they are open till 10pm so I can have time to come in and relax and not feel rushed during the day. $70 for 60 minute session.

Wow!! What an experience! Took some time to explain what I needed however, once I was able to translate via google translator, I was off to the start of really decent deep tissue/ lymphatic drainage massage followed by a 40 minute foot massage. My masseuse was Alice and when I tell you she didn’t disappoint!!!! She was absolutely AMAZING!!!! She hit each and every tender/ soar muscle, joint, nerve, and or tendon. She knew when to ease up and when to apply more pressure without me having to say a word. Child, she massaged me from head to toe LITERALLY! And I enjoyed every moment of it! And to really add the finishing touch, the entire staff were amazing. I was gifted with a bottled water, box of chocolate, and a handful of assorted candy along with a generous discount off my next visit. This place super exceeded my expectations!!! Definitely coming back for more!!!

Stopped by last week with no appointment and they took me very quickly. Dint catch the lady’s name who gave me my massage but she did great! I had very bad back pain from being on my feet all day at work and bad posture. I got the deep tissue massage and cupping and the results have been amazing I haven’t complained all week about back pain when it used to be a daily thing. Place is clean and every one there was sweet. Definitely going to continue to go to them for massages. Recommend 100%

I picked the deep tissue for an hour and 30 minutes for foot massage. As soon as I walked in I was greeted very nicely and was seen within 5 minutes of being there. There was no wait. The massage was really great, the pressure was to my liking and felt really great afterwards. The environment of the room was relaxing and comfortable, I highly recommend going here for a massage.

The couples massage was great! Mai and Peter were amazing and very professional. They found all the knots and worked them out perfectly. We left feeling so relaxed. Highly recommend!

They were attentive, respectful, and genuinely interested in ensuring my experience aligned with the level of service they strive to provide. I truly appreciate being heard and valued as a client. I returned today and was met with stellar service from start to finish. The atmosphere was calming, the staff was welcoming, and my therapist was attentive, professional, and focused on providing a relaxing experience. The massage itself was exactly what I needed—so much so that I fell asleep… and if you know, you know! 😂 That’s how you can tell it was that good. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the beautiful décor and calming atmosphere—it’s clear a lot of thought went into creating a relaxing environment. The customer service was excellent, warm, and attentive. I really appreciated the little touches, like being offered iced coffee and even receiving a small gift after my service. I booked the 90-minute full body massage with a 30-minute foot reflexology add-on, and both services were amazing. The therapist was skilled, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. This is definitely a place I’ll be visiting again. Everything about my experience was wonderful, and I highly recommend Massage 5 if you’re looking for quality care and a peace
